ADC's Quality Management Systems (QMS) are registered to ISO9001 and in some cases TL9000. Some ADC sites have an Environmental Management System registered to ISO14001.

ISO9001

ISO9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system that can be used for internal application by organizations, or for certification, or for contractual purposes. It focuses on the effectiveness of the quality management system in meeting customer requirements. See www.iso.org

TL9000

The purpose of TL 9000 is to define the telecommunications quality management system requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of products: hardware, software, and services. Included in TL 9000 are performance-based measurements that quantify reliability and quality performance of these products. Long-term goals include both cost and performance-based measurements. ISO 14001

An Environmental Management System (EMS) is a structured approach to addressing the environmental bottom line. ISO 14001 is the world's most recognized EMS framework - accepted from Argentina to Zimbabwe - that helps organizations both to manage better the impact of their activities on the environment and to demonstrate sound environmental management.
